Greetings!

I am Huan Zhang, a Master’s student at the Mila - Quebec AI Institute and Université de Montréal. Currently, I’m working with Prof. Bang Liu in the domain of Natural Language Processing. Previously, I obtained my Bachelor’s degree from University of Waterloo - Cheriton School of Computer Science.

Currently, my research mainly focused on AI4Matsci, cooperating with Intel AI Lab. My research goal is to understand human communication in social contexts and develop human-centered AI technologies to enhance collaboration between humans and AI, as well as improve human-computer interactions.

Besides work, I enjoy hiking, filming, reading, and collecting all kinds of adorable Jellycat!! Additionally, I’m an amateur photographer and painter, having studied art since I was eight.
